Bowl of raspberries yoghurt coconut cacao and brazil nuts

Looking for a sweet treat to satisfy those cravings?

This is my personal favourite at the moment, sweet, crunchy and packed full of nutrients.

Raspberries are a powerful antioxidant high in Vit C low in carbs and are naturally sweet and filling with their fibre content.

Nuts will supply you with nutrients which will vary to nuts chosen and a fat level to keep your hunger satisfied.

Coconuts contain potassium, magnesium, iron amongst other and fibre.

Yoghurt contains calcium and fat to keep you full.

Cacao Nibs are high in calcium iron magnesium.

This is a high fat snack and does contain saturated fat so please keep to the suggested serve sizes.

You will need:

50g your choice of yoghurt (my choice is Jalna sweet and creamy greek yoghurt with coconut)

10g your choice of nuts 50g Raspberries of choice of berries.

10g coconut shredded 5g Cacao nibs

These values will differ with your choice of nuts and yoghurt, some times I have this with 30g of Philadelphia cream cheese if I am really hungry and haven't had my 2000 cals per day but bear in mind it is higher in fat and cals if you choose to do this.
