Love your bread but worried about the carbs?
Have I found a treat for you!
Protein Bread is made from golden flax meal, lupin, whey protein, rice protein, pea protein, almond meal, coconut flour, linseed's, baking powder (gluten free), sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon. You add the egg white or whole eggs, I use whole eggs, water and salt if you like, I don't add salt. Then Mix, Pour and Bake for 60 minutes, Whala, homemade bread without the Carbs overload guilt that bread gives you. And it tastes sooooooo yummy!
Protein Bread does contains lupin, dairy and tree nuts, so for nut allergies it's a no, no. But this bread is absolutely awesome for Type 1 Diabetes, my daughter just loves this bread and at 1.5 Carbs per 91g which is 2 slices of bread, she can still have her bread and enjoy it without the escalated B.G.L.
A 92 g serve of bread will give you:

111Cal 16.8g 4.3g 0.6g 1.5g 8.3g 262mg
Less sodium if you don't add salt.
I leave it to rise for a little longer then recommended and I cut it thin and get 22 - 30 slices from one packet. If you find it is too moist for your taste toast it.
