Testing, testing is this thing on?

OK let's get a few things straight, nutritional advice is important but more important is that it is based on fact. So let's give you an introduction to the ANGELIQUE STYLE OF NUTRITION FACTS.

  • There are NO miracle pills! A pill will not fix what ails you unless you have a medical issue, YOU are your only miracle!

  • Taking vitamin and mineral supplements will not undo the damage YOU do to yourself by eating crappy food every day, drinking alcohol excessively, smoking and taking recreational drugs! Change your habits and stop FOOLING yourself!

  • Consuming the extract of a yak or any other extract of a whole food will NOT make you sexy, save you from cancer, return your sight, make you the world's greatest lover, a superhuman, a genius or any other Wish you may have. In fact consuming extracts may do more harm than good. EAT FOOD AS NATURE INTENDS IT, live life well, let go of unhealthy people, study and work hard to achieve your goals!

  • There is such thing as a superfood! All foods eaten without processing are superfoods!

  • Coffee is NOT a food group nor is chocolate... I know, I know I cried too when I found out but you will adjust.

  • NO amount of money can turn back time don't be fooled by cosmetic marketing, eating well, drinking water, quality sleep, positive self thoughts and exercise is the best way to stay young!

  • There are NO designer diets, food combinations or rare Amazonian tree trunks that when eaten will make you lose 30 kg in a week, all things in moderation and slow but continual weight loss is the key to losing weight for good!

  • STOP buying B.S magazines that promise to show you how to lose 15kg in a week, use the money to invest in a gym membership, educate yourself about what you are putting in your mouth and body and invest the time to achieve your weight loss goals!

  • Eating 1200 to 1500 calories a day is starving yourself, you need to eat food to lose weight!

  • 9 out of 10 times that you think you are hungry you will actually be thirsty get 6-8 glasses of water and day and if you think you are hungry have a glass of water first.

  • Losing weight is easy! Losing weight is NOT easy it is a challenge and like all challenges only YOU can determine the outcome!

  • Having 2 teaspoons of honey before bed will not help you to lose weight, you are not a hibernating bear and sleeping over night is not hibernation.

  • You cannot exercise to spot reduce, there are NO magic exercises or machines to wiggle or wobble the weight away, you will have to move and eat well to do this.

  • A saturated fat is a saturated fat and should be consumed in moderation no matter which form it comes in COCONUT OIL included!

  • Drinking apple cider vinegar before bed or at any other time will not burn fat while you sleep or at any other time.   • Anecdotal advice from your sisters mothers sisters brothers sons friend who lost 60kg hoping on one foot while drinking the ground up coffee beans pooped out of a tree possum is not going to rid you of unwanted weight. Get valid information from google scholar not google.

  • I don't have time is a NOT valid reason for poor eating and lack of exercise, you get one body for life treat it like a temple.

  • We humans are amazing creatures and our minds are our greatest assets, you can and will achieve everything you believe you can. So BELIEVE and do the work to achieve your goals.
